We put public officials on notice of our intent to examine them while providing the tools for self-assessment. Participation enhances their public standing and results in a credentialed status that demonstrates commitment and competence, while refusal may signal apathy, ignorance, or evasion of their oath.

Our notification process includes registered mail, email, website campaigns, phone calls, and even personal visits. Letters include a notice of examination, a hard copy test for study in advance, and a QR code linking to their own online version and profile.

The website publicly displays names of every individual who takes the Oath of Office and whose duties impact the citizens of St. Joseph County, Indiana together with their test results.

Our test is not like any other, because the examinee may change their answers anytime, and their answers will be on public display.

Members also receive benefits such as updates, opportunities for input, and participation in fundraising to sustain the mission.

Citizen outreach should eventually include radio, TV, and social media campaigns, emphasizing the necessity of holding officials accountable to their oaths while inviting citizens voluntarily to reflect on and demonstrate their own commitment to constitutional principles.
