There is an election coming up in January 2026 for new association board members.

I have applied for the following reasons.

I think our community needs a little bit more attention and a way for our neighborhood to stay in touch. The Board members have a thankless job and is voluntary.

Our common wall and monument signs need attention.

The main problem with residents and the Board seem to be the parking of vehicles.

I would like to see the Board more open to architectural changes of the homes.

I am disputing (legally now) with the Board about building a new home, combining three lots into one so all vehicles and toys will be inside. One of the main problem of the board is vehicles exposed. I have talked to my neighbors and other owners and they all are excited about growing our community and growing the value of our community.

All housing developments get older and there are two ways a Tract of homes can eventually age. Fall into disrepair or change with the times and remake itself. Nothing stays the same.
